Double-ended stud with wood and metric thread

 

Post mounting

using double-threaded bolts and brass sleeves.

Substrate: stone, brick, concrete, wood.

Installation: Insert the brass sleeve into the drilled and cleaned hole, then place the double-threaded bolt into the sleeve and screw it into the anchor using a wrench. As the bolt is screwed in, the anchor expands via the conically shaped internal thread, which causes uniform anchoring in the hole.

 

Advantages:
–    shallow anchoring depth,
–    possibility of disassembly and reuse,
–    convenient installation using bolts with metric threads,
–    knurled surface of the sleeve ensures better adhesion and prevents rotation during installation,
–    possibility of installation closer to the edge compared to steel drive-in sleeves
