TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE
operating on the website www.drekon.pl, run by Drekon Kondys spółka jawna, with its registered office at ul. Fabryczna 11, 34-600 Limanowa, Poland, NIP 7372251073, REGON 540974356, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001157464, whose registration files are kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
§ 1 General provisions
- The online store operating at www.drekon.pl is run by Drekon Kondys spółka jawna, with its registered office at ul. Fabryczna 11, 34-600 Limanowa, Poland, NIP 7372251073, REGON 540974356, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001157464, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.
- The Seller may be contacted by e-mail at biuro@drekon.pl or in writing at the address indicated in section 1.
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Online Store, including the rules for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, delivering products, payments, the right to withdraw from the contract, and the complaint procedure.
- The Terms and Conditions are available on the Store’s website in a manner that allows Users to obtain, reproduce and store their content.
- Each User is obliged to read these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, available in a separate section of the website, before using the Store.
- Definitions:
- Customer – an adult natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality granted legal capacity by law, making purchases in the Store.
- Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making purchases not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, where the contract does not have a professional character for that person.
- Store – the online store operated by the Seller at www.drekon.pl.
- Product – an item manufactured by the Seller (handcrafted product) available for purchase in the Store.
- Sales Contract – a contract for the sale of a Product concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Store.
- Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer aimed directly at concluding a Sales Contract, specifying in particular the type and quantity of Products.
- Electronic Service – a service provided electronically by the Seller via the Store, including in particular the Customer Account, contact form and Newsletter.
- Customer Account – a set of resources in the Seller’s IT system containing Customer data and information on placed Orders.
- Newsletter – an Electronic Service enabling subscription and receipt of information about Products, new items and promotions.
§ 2 Rules for using the Store
- Use of the Store takes place in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
- To use the Store, including placing Orders, it is necessary to have a device with Internet access, a web browser and an active e-mail account.
- The Customer is obliged to use the Store in a lawful manner, in accordance with good practices, respecting personal rights and copyrights of the Seller and third parties.
- It is prohibited to provide unlawful content.
§ 3 Customer Account
- The Customer may register a Customer Account. Account registration is not required to place an Order unless the Seller expressly states otherwise.
- Account registration takes place by completing the registration form available in the Store.
- Access to the Account is obtained by providing a login and password. The Customer is obliged to keep these confidential.
- The Customer may delete the Account at any time by sending an appropriate request to the Seller.
§ 4 Placing and processing Orders
- Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- To place an Order, the Customer selects Products and adds them to the shopping cart.
- After adding Products, the Customer proceeds to the order form.
- In the order form, the Customer provides data necessary to complete the Order, selects the delivery method and payment method, and provides invoice details if required.
- The Order is placed by clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button or an equivalent, after confirming acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- After placing an Order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirmation. Upon receipt, the Sales Contract is concluded.
- Order processing begins after payment is credited to the Seller’s account, unless cash on delivery is selected.
- Handcrafted Products may slightly differ from photographs due to their unique nature. Such differences do not constitute a defect. Photos are for illustrative purposes only.
§ 5 Prices and payment methods
- Prices are gross prices and include VAT. Delivery costs are not included.
- Available payment methods:
- bank transfer,
- electronic payment via external payment systems,
- cash on delivery.
- The rules of external payment systems are governed by their own regulations.
§ 6 Delivery
- Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- Delivery costs and methods are indicated during the ordering process.
- Estimated delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and is specified in the Store and order confirmation.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal from the contract
- A Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights may withdraw from the Sales Contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must submit a clear statement to the Seller.
- A withdrawal form template is attached as Annex 1.
- In the event of withdrawal, the contract is deemed not concluded.
- The Seller shall refund all payments within 14 days.
- The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the Product.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized Products.
§ 8 Complaints
- The Seller is obliged to deliver Products in conformity with the contract.
- Complaints may be submitted in writing or electronically.
- The Seller shall consider complaints within 14 days.
- The Customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal if the defect is significant.
§ 9 Electronic Services
- Electronic Services are provided free of charge unless stated otherwise.
- The Customer may terminate Electronic Services at any time.
§ 10 Out-of-court dispute resolution
- Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms.

§ 11 Final provisions
- Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- For non-Consumers, warranty liability is excluded.
- Disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Seller’s registered office.
- The Terms and Conditions may be amended. Changes enter into force no earlier than 7 days after publication.
- These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 22 May 2025.
